What’s there not to like? Fries: good, cheese: good, chili: good, steak slices: good. A bit expensive, but a decent poutine overall.

BEST POUTINE. I love going to Smokes Poutinerie St Catharines. Its such a welcoming environment, and the staff are always so friendly. Ive never had a problem with their food since Ive been getting poutine from there. I love that they use real Quebec squeaky cheese curd (which by the way isn’t supposed to melt).Id recommend others to order their gravy on the side if they are ordering for take out.. That way your fries dont go soggy. It seems a bit pricey at first, but for the amount you get, and the quality of the food its well worth it! I cant even finish a Regular poutine by myself nevermind their WOW size. I wont be getting poutine from anywhere else anymore, nothing can compare! Hope this helps!
Worst poutine I have ever had. Stay away from the St. Catharines resturant. Stone cold food, very little cheese curds and amost no gravy.
Awful. This is by far the worst poutine I have ever had. The fries are always cold as ice. The toppings taste like they have been heated in the microwave. The cheese is never melted. I have been here a couple times, every time I feel like im eating overpriced dog food. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
It’s very expensive but very filling. The portion sizes are HUGE. I think even just one is too big! The service was slow but there were a lot of people. It’s very Canadian and I would indulge only every little while.
