I won’t go anywhere else!. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and haven’t had a bad experience. Service is always fast and pleasant, food is always fresh, and presentation is neat too. They also have some dishes I can’t find anywhere else. Overall, my favourite place to eat!
Horrible.. Came here with my wife just last week and won’t be back, that’s for sure. The food tasted rotten and not fresh and the service was horribly slow. Poor management skills and dirty utensils, plates, and bowls. The washroom needs renovation; it looks like a bomb went off in there.
WORSE sushi buffet. The owner Nick Ni served us and was very unpleasant. He lost our order and made us wait 15-20 minutes for our order. Some items never came and we were starving. The restaurant was not busy at all; the wait was unacceptable. I liked the first few times I came here, but if the owner serves you and gives you absolutely poor service and loses your order, makes you wait more than 10 minutes and doesn’t apologize, something is wrong. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
NOT the Best….. Ok Ive read a lot of comments saying its good sushi…..Ive had way better. I ordered to go and everything was good except the beef rolls and the salmon cheese roll. Reasons…..The beef rolls had big slicea of red onion. Ive always had them with green onion which is great but the big slices of regular onion….yuck! All I tasted after was raw onion. The rolls were awful. Its suppose to have Salmon, Cream Cheese, Avacado and bits. The Salmon was really fatty…..The avacado was about half the roll and there was a butter spread of cream cheese. Didnt even know it was there. I normally get my sushi from Sushi Eight in Grimsby. I will def be going back there…..Sushi Ai was a huge waste of money. Totally disapointed.
I have been to at least 100 sushi places around the GTA. I liked a few of them. I I did not know how good thing could be until I accidentally ended up at sushi ai.Now I don’t go to any other sushi place.When I want sushi I drive 133 km to sushi Ai. Trust me the are that good
My favourite-hands down.. Best sushi place in the area-prompt service and great food!
Second time going to sushi ai. Food was great and service was friendly…didn’t take long to get what we ordered. Must be prepared to eat when spending $30 though!
