Please note I’m southern so I know bbq I got the radonkadonk and a poutine to go quick notes crazy soft bread but hard to handle put poutine gravy on side or make sure you add enough to cover the friesLooked like 3 tsp was applied. smokiness on the brisket on the bland side very little bark and a bit chewy thin the onions a bit I love onions but they were wide.Third… Where’s the sauce! Put it on the meat on the side somewhere!!!!!! Everything was a hint of smokiness sauce andspices it’s a BBQ joint put it out there a bit more! It was good just was to taste it after 10 min…..:)
