Chef Erik Peacock and his wife Dale Camroux-Peacock operate the Coach House. Owners of the landmark St. Catharines restaurant, Wellington Court, Erik and Dale have been running the Coach House for the past 10 years. Through our friendship with Paul, Mathew and Dan Speck and a shared vision of quality we formed a partnership to provide customers at the Coach House with the most fresh, locally inspired cuisine in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by vineyards with a wonderful area for the kids to play makes the Coach House a truly unique Niagara experience and one we love to share with our own family! The Chef at the Coach House Caf, Cait Bermuhler, grew up in Pelham, Ontario. After studying at Niagara College Cait traveled to Vancouver to work at The Wedgwood Hotel. She returned to Niagara and worked in the Kitchen at Wellington Court as well as a summer at The Couch House at Henry of Pelham. Other travels have taken Cait to the kitchens of Babington House in Somerset, England, Cape Kidnappers, NZ and The Boatshed restaurant in Nelson, NZ. We are proud to have Cait back to spend the summer with us again in the Niagara Region. While visiting Niagara be sure to check out Wellington Court Restaurant! Wellington Court has been in our family for 30 years. Originally started as a caf by Erik's mother it has evolved into one of the area's hot spot dining destinations.
