Ordered a large chef salad for take out, got a garden salad. Phoned to let them know it was not what I ordered, and the said the owners were Serbian, and that’s a chef salad, even though my receipt said garden salad. Brought the salad back and I got a gift card. I did not screw up the order so I asked for cash instead. She even went so far as to say she confirmed it was the same when ordered, which she did not. We frequent this place often but with the attitude and disrespect I got, we will never go back. Should have owned up to your mistake. Gave the gift card to a resident drunk at the counter.Note the garden salad on the bill, not chef salad
Do NOT get suckered in. The first time I took my wife here it was empty (should have been a red flag) waitress said she had forgot that they had 4 – 3X7 banners offering 3.50 beers. Then said menu was changing and charged full price. It was off season for a tourist trap … so I stupidly gave them a second chance. Again empty … we were seated on the patio after being given are menus and ordering drinks two fellow patrons proceeded to light up cigars and blow cigar smoke in a dark cloud in our faces. We asked the waitress if it was legal for them to smoke on the patio and she suggested that we move inside if we didn’t like it. The rest of the experience of our fault as we should have just left. My wife ordered quesadillas and asked if they came with fries the waitress assured her they did as the menu stated. She waited until she brought our meals and said there had been a confusion no fries were offered with that selection and that they often had confusion with that order. The portion was so small and crappy I could have done better with two fajita shells and a piece of sliced cheese in the microwave … I shared my burger with my wife paid over $70.00 for a burger three beers and whatever they threw at her. This place could only continue to exist by preying on unsuspecting tourists or by operating as a front for other endevours do yourself a huge favor take $70.00 cash pour some mustard on it and eat it … it will be way better value for your money. This place stinks with attitude to boot !
