Take out was a fail… I went in to order some take out.. Staff was great! super attentive, friendly. I got a can of pop, cheeseburger and fries to go. They didnt ask me if I wanted anything on it though, so I assumed it would come with the works (hence the name of the restaurant!) .. I got cheese on meat (meat was dry I might add, not juicy at all), between a bun. Nothing else! Small portion of fries.. hardly worth it when it costs like 14 bucks! Too bad, I heard great things about this place, not sure if Ill try it again.

My turkey burger was dry and looked like road kill.Total let down. We will not go back. It’s too bad because when they first opened we thought this was gonna be our new fav.
Crap. Went with my family because of all the hype, and all the good reviews and was very disappointed. I had a veggie burger and was crap, and the rest of my family had meat burgers and they were very disappointed in them as well. Didn’t like the fries either. I have to say that the milkshakes were awesome, but it’s pretty hard to get milkshakes to taste bad. Will never go again. I’ve heard good reviews from my family about the Chop House on Martindale Rd. if you wanted a suggestion for a good burger place.
Absolutely the best burger I have ever tasted. How could you not like this place. Everything is fresh,quality and delicious. The service is great as well and a really funky environment. Keep up the great work!
Burlington fry boy. Was visiting from Burlington on the weekend, I didn’t even know the works was in St.Catherines!What a cool experience! I had no idea they had bottomless fries!?I love fries! Who doesn’t, right?I was feeling pretty full but I got a milkshake and I looooove to dip fries in my milkshake!I’ll be back that’s for sure!definitely recommend
A Great Place For A Burger. Loved the decor and the waitress was very attentive. The kids loved the shakes. I had trouble choosing between the veggie burger and mushroom portobello. Went with the veggie and it was delicious! I really liked that they had a gluten free bun option too. The variety of toppings to choose from was amazing! Good bang for your buck! Would go again.
Fantastic. First time there today . Staff was friendly and efficient. Loved the decor . Food was beyond words delicious. Will go back very soon.
