The man at the counter slammed the window in our faces after taking our order. We asked to have my ice cream put in a cup as I was allergic to wheat. Upon receiving our ice cream he had put my ice cream in a cone and then stuck it in a cup. I couldn’t eat my ice cream and I won’t be back.
Terrible experience! My family and I stopped in to eat only to find the place closed. Over thirty minutes after opening, the family showed up to open the food and dairy bar. We ordered and the food came in good time but we were missing one item. When we asked about the missing item, we were told that it was forgotten and had not been paid for. When my husband politely asked them to explain the addition as we thought we had paid, the lady was rude and standoffish. After looking at the menu posted, he thought that we had definitely paid for it and tried approaching again. Again rather than explain the lady started yelling how he was trying to rip her off so he walked away and sat down to eat with myself and our two children, 2 and 3 years old. It was at this point that the lady, her husband and her son came out and started to yell at my husband in front of my two little girls. He said he didn’t want to cause any trouble and went and sat in the vehicle. They still continued to tell for several more minutes making both my girls cry. Both a humiliating and infuriating experience!
