Discussed. Me and my family had dinner here before the game, and it was without a doubt one of the worst restaurant experience’s I’ve ever had, we were there around dinner time, and we’re 1 of maybe 2-3 table there, I ordered the chicken mushroom risotto, the rest of my family all got burgers, After waiting roughly an hour (place was still empty) we finally got our food, the burgers were BURNT, like chewing on a hockey puck, the fries were under cooked and swimming in a bowl of grease, now for my meal, both chicken breasts were also BURNT and tasted like charcoal, no flavor, and my rissoto was swimming in the watery disgusting sauce, needless to say I will never be back, and the person who cooked our meals (because he/she doesn’t deserve to be called a chef) should be embarrassed….
Cold food horrible service. I have been here 3 times in the last 4 months. Gets worse every time. Last visit food was not made the way it was said to be on the menu. Food arrived cold. Extremity salty. When we complained about it management told us it was personal preference there was nothing wrong with the food. We will not be going back.
Waited 25min no service at bar. No service/ horrible experience on a Tuesday evening 6pm. Waited 5-7 before I started my timer on the phone. The timer said another 13 mins passed by without anyone coming to the table after we were ushered to the table. My wife said its time to leave. So we did. We have been to this location 3 times before and the service staff are plentyfull yet service is still slow. I won’t be going back again. When to the nearest competitor Hurleys Grill, fast service and the wings are $4.99 a pound and very good. Ps $2.00 cheaper a pound then shoeless Joes.
No sevice, cold food. With a group of 10 or more no one even asked if we’d like a second drink? Wow!
Seems to me like service is getting better. For us the service was good and the food also. I would recommend it.
Horrible service. If u like going out for an evening after a long week of work.Dont go to shoeless joes in Kemptville. unless you want to wait for 35 minutes to have cold food served.As well as having manager that thinks it is perfectly fine to either offer to heat steak up to make it shoe leather or to have u wait to find out if the second plate of food would be cold or hot.Too bad a great location cant make a great restaurant.Any where that serves food in Kemptville is an improvement than this restaurant.
