No wonder they’res nobody in this place. The Iranian staff is nasty. Total poor service with no aircondioning. Wouldn’t recommend this place. They’res no music
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called ahead of time to place my order for pick up. When I arrived my pizza was not ready yet. As I was waiting, another customer walked in and ordered the same exact pizza and received his order before I did. When I complained that I had ordered well ahead of him and questioned why he would get his order first, I was given tons of excuses, none of which made any sense whatsoever, and absolutely no apologies. When I reiterated that they have terrible customer service and that I would not be returning, I was once again given invalid excuses as to why he was served first and absolutely no attempts to rectify the situation! If they would like to keep their customers, they need to learn how to manage their orders properly and have some integrity when they mess up. We have gone here a number of times and this experience has completely ruined it for me. We do not plan to ever go back here!
We’ve been ordering from here for a couple years and we love it and are regulars. When you order garlic on your pizza you get these beautiful large roasted cloves and it the greatest thing. The staff now know our dogs name and she looks forward to seeing them every time they deliver. Love this place!
We were looking for a quick lunch on Saturday, and we were expecting to get some pizza at Express Pizza & Grill, but we were surprised that we could also order Shawarma. That interested us more, and since they had a $9.99 special for two Shawarma and two cans of pop, it was an easy switch.We were happy that we decided on the Shawarma. Lot’s of flavour, freshly grilled chicken, fresh toppings, and lot’s of chicken.
Not the greatest experience. Place is like a morgue. It needs music and proper staff. I live at Sheppard and Yonge and I’ve never seen such a depressing place for the Westminster Community. Service is poor with attitude. Tables and washrooms are dirty. For some reason the owner is in denial of hiring waitresses…like across the street at The Belle Resteraunt.
Good shawrma. I agree with Kosta.. totally random place to get a shwarma but its actually really friggin good!!
