Ordered pizza from this restaurant twice in the past. Both times we got the Napoli Special pizza, which is probably the better price vs quality/quantity pizza. The first time was really stellar, with it being on time and the pizza not being greasy but tasty. The driver was really polite too. The second time I ordered for a party that didn’t go so well. They quoted a busy time of 1 hour, but it ended up being almost 2 hours long, which by then half of the guests left. I’ve tried to call back a few occasions to talk to them about this, with one time during their busy period which they asked me to call back and the second time a half hour before closing, but no one picked up.Overall, I have to say that the pizza is pretty good. I enjoyed it, and it’s definitely better than many of the chains. I just wish that they were better at quoting times, or picking up their phone as it’s better to speak to restaurants directly to help improve service than just leaving a review.
