I have been eating at this unassuming little Korean restaurant for 8 years. No doubt this is my top choice of Korean food when I’m in the area for lunch. The quality of the food and service has overall stayed consistent over the years, although the prices have unsurprisingly, slightly gone up.What keeps me going again and again? While the food is typical Korean fare (but quite solid Korean fare), I really like that there are always a TON of side dishes (10 or more during dinner service, I believe). Additionally, I enjoy the homey atmosphere and the privacy of the wooden booths, which I’ve been pretty lucky to secure usually.I recommend getting the grilled mackerel that comes with soon tofu (or other soup choices that I can’t recall at the moment; $11-12). The seafood pancake is also quite tasty (and huge). I’ve only had table cooking here once and my memory of that experience was just average. Overall, I recommend checking out this place if you get excited over a large selection of ban chan like me (or not, so not to increase their clientele and wait time for me ;)).
