Cake. It’s my birthday cake was amazing
Very Poor Customer Service. The last place to go! If anywhere else is full or closed, you might think of the Red Rose Patisserie.Although they offer a variety of cakes, sweets, and ice-creams, the quality is mediocre and not comparable to some other choices around. The customer service is the worst thing about the Red Rose Patisserie. The last time we went there, as a group of friends, we experiences so many aspects of poor customer service that decided not to go there again.
Customer service was so bad. The waitress didn’t even come to our table once ! Good food tho
Not so great customer service. It is true that they have good quality and delicious cakes and sweets. their tea are really well done steamed and fresh. But omg they have one of the worst customer services. here is my personal experiment at the red rose1- I am a regular customer, one day i was shopping some sweet for taking out home, and also ordering something to eat at their place. You should have seen the owner/cashier face trying to warn me that I cannot eat my take out at their dining. what is that all about?? telling people where to eat their own food? besides if this is a store policy why don’t u post it on the wall, asking people not to eat their take out at the store. that way everyone knows the rule and won’t get that look and attitude.2- my little one broke a glass of water accidentally, while i was at the cash to pay our table . I apologized and offered to pay however the staff didn’t behave nice at all and accepted my 5$ payment right away. i was shocked that she got 5buck for a one dollar IKEA glass. i was speechless and frustrated by her behavior and prefer not to ask for my return (which i should).
Red Rose Cafe/Patisserie. Red Rose Patisserie has been in business for MANY years. Their previous location, Yonge and Finch is what started it all. They have an assortment of sweets. They have a huge variety of cakes, small cakes (Napoleon, Cream Puff, Eclaire… much more) They have over 30 different cookies and make their own specialty danishs. They have Saffron Icecream which is a great compliment to falloda (frozen noodle icecream). They have a great variety of drinks Carrot Juice w/ icecream, Melon juice. Literally everything there is incredible. It’s a must go!
