Worst ramen ever. This is a franchise restaurant and the ramen does not taste the same as the one at downtown. We ordered spicy tantan and miso black. Both of the broth is not hot enough. And the pork belly has a weird taste. Never again.
Noodles have fantastic texture. Chashu has a great ratio of meat to fat. Broth is good, but could use a little more richness (a la Santouka). Service is eager for turnover, so we ended up feeling rushed.
Friendly and prompt staff. Order came in about 5-10minutes. Restaurant is always packed. Food was great, restaurant clean. Loved the miso black, with thin noodles and I added extra corn. My husband loved their tonkotsu black with thick noodles, he added corn as well.. broth was rich, ingredients were fresh. Would definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.
