Last night was a night for takeout for three of us, including one vegetarian. As I was driving on Yonge Street north of Sheppard, I looked left and right, and then noticed Shawarma Max. Chicken Shawarma for two and Falafel Sandwich for one would meet the need. I was the only one there, so service was reasonably fast. The sandwiches themselves were a generous size, and reasonably priced, coming in at just under $20 for three, including tax. Some of the chicken had a nice caramelization and was also tender. The falafel sandwich was also good, but they had added a bit too much hot sauce.
I think they have the best Shawarma and Chicken souvlaki sandwich in the whole of North York. The place is a bit simple, the customer service is really good. I highly recommend this place if you are in North York!
