Worst experience ever!. The utensiles were dirty, had to change them 4 times and there was food and rust on every single set. Then after 20 minutes the waiter finished taking my order the lady comes and says we don’t have ground meat. Please order something else. I do and it’s absolutely tasteless. Even with spices, salt and lemons still tasteless. And she had promised to charge the same fee as my original order. The bill comes and she overcharged 15$. Never going there again!!!!
Exquisite. The food is absolutely delicious. I usually go there for kebab and I must say it is one of the best in Toronto. The owner and staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice and the live music on Friday nights makes it very entertaining. I highly recommend to try Safavieh. Simply AMAZING!
Safavieh Restaurant offered us great catering for a birthday we recently celebrated, it was amazing authentic Iranian food from the stews and the delicious kababs!!! the great and fabulous service offered by the owner Zahra Iranpour and the staff was absolutely amazing!! I would definitely recommend Safavieh as a catering or even just going in for a quick bite!
I went there with a friend for a celebration on a Wednesday afternoon, and we had a great experience! The Persian style greens (sabzi) accompanied by a rare Persian cheese and walnuts was followed with our order of Dolme and mast khear (yogurt with cucumbers and herbs) which were both quiet exceptional! We chose to share a Kabob Soltanj and the kabob was also amazingly textured and grilled. Quiet a unique experience was completed by the warm and motherly hospitality of the owner. Thank you!
Delicious!. Great yogurt and appetizers, tasty main dishes, very satisfying lunch for a hungry belly! Our food came in no time, and our server/restaurant owner treated us like we were eating in her own kitchen. Beautiful space and great for a relaxing time!
