There was a small dead insect in the Tom Yum soup we ordered. We noticed it after 2/3 of the soup is over & when one of our family member found it in their cup. When we complained about it & asked about the neatness of kitchen the restaurant staff casually said it may have flew in after they brought it, but definitely it is not possible since the place didnt had any fly in the seating area. Then they offered 20% off to the soup since we couldnt complete it. The washroom also dirty. They should be more serious about this issue as it is related to the neatness of the food & place.Further, the service was bad. We requested a baby seat when we entered the place. But we had to remind it 2 times to get it after 10 – 15 minutes.Overall, not a good experience.
I’m a little surprised to read about bad customer service. I ordered delivery at a motel from this place in Mississauga. I ordered coconut soup, call calamari, traditional pad Thai with extra peanut sauce on the side.. I’m no stranger to Thai food.,.. Have to say this is the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was bursting with flavour absolutely delicious. So much so I was shocked at the quality. I called the guy back to tell him how good it was. I have now found my favourite place.
