Decent food. Pho is very good. Pad Thai tasted terrible. Portions are also good. ZERO customer service. They are rude and act as though you are a pain in the ass. My friend asked a question and the waiter turned around and walked away. Also they close at 10pm and we arrived at 9pm and they were already cleaning the floor with a strong chemical smell. Really turned me off from my dinner. They should wait until customers have left the restaurant to clean up. By 9:35pm, two tables including ours was there and they started to turn off some lights. When we asked for water refilled, the waiter just brought the jug over and put it on the table and left it there rather than refilling. I would return to have the Pho but there customer service has turned me off completely and I will never return.
Servers are very negative and giving attitude.I never had a server gave me a dirty look for telling them that my drink never came. 30 minutes wait for my drink when I already finished my food.
Horrible. If you feel like eating beef that looks like octopus then this is your place….theres a reason it’s cheap because your eating crap. I was asked to move my seat because I was in the way of the cleaning crew…great business felt really welcomed…ordered the 211 beef soup noodle dish and swear there was more white tendon gross stuff then meat….i wouldn’t be surprised if it was dog or horse meat….awful been on the toilet all day…thanks pho
Worst service I have ever received. Wow. Two servers there this afternoon, both awful. Although it wasn’t busy, we waited about 10 minutes for menus, and then another 5 minutes for tea. And then 10 more minutes to pick up our order. When they brought the food, they randomly put dishes down on the table, so we had to exchange bowls of hot soup. I noticed they did this with every table. One server wouldn’t speak to or make eye contact with any diners. If we wasn’t standing around with his arms folded, and a pissed off look on his face, he was loudly cleaning tables – I think he was throwing the dishes onto his cart. The other server was more communicative, but this may not be a plus, in the 30 minutes I was there, he got into lengthy arguments with two separate tables. All in all, this was the strangest dining experience I have had in a while. neither server seemed to want to be there. Lots of other Viet options around where they seem to enjoy having paying customers.
Great resturant for the price. The is probably the best asian resturant in terms of quality and low price I tried in Oakville. Service is good. They are nice.
Awfully rude servers. He asked me If I wanted water or tea… Apparently you could not have both. Because when I asked for tea, he ROLLED his eyes, not behind my back but in front of me. My husband could not believe it either.I was so offended I walked out. But he was so much nicer to non- asian customers. Which I didn’t get!!!
