Terrible…. Horrible service, horrible food… you would expect a small japanese restaurant to be cosy and authentic. complete opposite. would never go backthe service is garbage
This place is so terrible… not only is the food terrible, the service definitely did not make up for it. I do not ever write reviews but this definitely deserves one. Definitely go try this place to experience disgusting food and bad service
Trying to understand why on earth people like this place…. First and last time eating here. More than half the food we ordered looked and tasted like crap and several items were actually spit out into napkins. My vegetarian rolls are managed to be covered in fish eggs, leaving me to pick them off and giving up half way through my meal because I couldn’t even enjoy it. My pad Thai tasted like sugar with zero flavour. My boyfriend’s dynamite roll had 99% tempura and 1% shrimp. Our salads were pathetic iceberg lettuce with practically no dressing. Hand rolls were all rice and tasted disgusting. Not worth your time. Take the drive to August 8th so you can enjoy sushi properly
This place is the best sushi place in Oakville at a great price! I’ve been to Spoon and Fork and August 8 but this is better and is less expensive… Bring cash too because you get 15% off your meal.
Amazing sushi for a reasonable price and FAST … Worth the drive to come here and they have us free crab legs wow above and beyond… Small and quiet a lovely place I will be thrilled to return to 🙂
This was the worst experience of my life. I will never go near this restaurant again. They had the worst service, they were rude and arrogant. The sushi was poorly put together and I do not recommend any one going here. It was overpriced and I was charged extra. It was terrible!
Not bad. Perhaps not the best all you can eat sushi place around, but good enough that I’m willing to go for a return visit if another Wagjag deal comes up. General quality of the food is good, but not spectacular. The low point of the items selected were the chicken wings; no seasoning and no flavour. The high point was the grilled egg plant; nicely cooked and tasty.
