Absolute chaos in this place yesterday. Called hours ahead to have order ready. Arrived and waited for an hour before I walked out in disgust. They had orders written down on small pieces of paper and the person at the counter was shouting our random names to 15-20 people waiting like I was. Someone that called in 30 minutes before me and waited 30 minutes got their food and left before me so who knows what kind of system they use to prioritize orders The place itself looks dirty. It was my first and last time to this dump. Two others left at the same time one wonders how they stay in business.
The old mgmt was nothing short of exceptional. Their new owners have ruined the place. Cold wings. 2.5 hours late. Claim their interact machine is broken and demand cash without even providing a receipt. And they over charged… Such a shame.. I used to love this place. Will never return.
