Love the food here. My fav in Orangeville. Its busy and crowded, however what do you expect when the food is this good? The butter chicken is better than any place in India – absolutey perfect! The meatloaf sandwich is excellent but not on the menu that often. (Too bad) Awesome burgers should not be missed. Only complaint is that specials don’t change enough.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in Orangeville. Be prepared to pay for it as it’s quite pricey. Food is amazing and I really liked the atmosphere. Simply fantastic!
This restaurant is our favourite in Orangeville by far. The food is fresh, natural, always cooked perfectly to our liking and most of all delicious. Nice atmosphere. The cappuccinos are very good. If your thinking about going here it’s a must try. No doubt. Go.
Pleasantly surprised!. Went to Forage for dinner last night and decided that I found a reason to go back to Orangeville. Historically this town has not had a ton of choice and it was nice to see that real restauranteurs are setting up shop. I started with the Tuna Tataki and a glass of Prosecco. It was a nice match – tuna cooked perfectly although it tasted a bit like it was in the deep fryer rather than on the grill. Not a criticism if it was – just different. It’s served on a bed of dressed cucumber and sprouted greens. Lovely flavors and cucumber accurately cut. I moved on to the main which was the angel hair pasta with sun dried tomatoes and a glass of Knight’s Bridge Cab Sauv. Pasta cooked perfectly but the sauce was a bit thin and fell to the bottom of the bowl. No worries however as I sopped up the sauce with the nice bread that comes to the table. Overall a nice dish with great flavours – would order again after I try some of the other excellent options. My friend had the prime rib which was excellent and well presented. We did not have dessert as we were too full. The wine list is extremely client friendly with good variation both in offerings and very smart in that you can order 5oz, 8 oz or bottles of anything they offer. The atmosphere is of the great neighbourhood joint that’s upscale but not pretentious. It would do well in almost any area of Toronto. Service was excellent and attentive without hovering. The place was very busy and had to do at least two full turns. I would highly recommend.
