Very very disappointing. So we went there for a family dinner to use a gift card from grandma given at Christmas. Instead of going to the usual Swiss chalet we thought hey let’s try Montanan.WORST MISTAKE. Horrible service:We sat there for over an hour before any food came out way. And it was 330 not busy yet.Food: absolutely disgusting. I got ribs – tasted like hotdogs wanted to pileHusband got the bison burger looked and tasted like cardboard no garnishes make it look appealing or even appetizing. My sister in law got the salad. Kinda hard to mess that up. The chicken tacos were okay and the appetizers antojito were a bit undercooked. My ceaser had hardly any dressing. Which I waited for the waiter to come back to request more for about 15 min but never showed so I just ate it. The employees seems very inexperience and I’ll trained . It was overall the worst exeperience I have ever had at a restaurant.i feel bad for convincing everyone I go there .

Orangeville has a mediocre selection of mid-scale eateries and Montana is in line with most of its peers. New management has improved food substantially and staff is great. Pub needs to dim lights and create a more inviting atmosphere. A great outdoor patio is underutilized and some acoustic live entertainment on the weekend could make this place an Orangeville focalpoint.
