I understand that the bar for Taco Bell (or ‘Toxic Hell’ as we used to call it in Scarlem back in the day) isn’t exactly set high, but honestly… even by fast food standards, this place is a hole and the staff don’t care about anything.
First time at this Taco Bell/KFC location and it was terrible. Service was slow (it wasn’t even busy), order was wrong, & employees were agruing with each other. The customers after us waited at least 10 minutes, and they were the only 2 customers after us, including the drive-thru. Their order was wrong as well since they came back in after looking through the order in their car. And the fountain pops were mixed up; I selected root beer and it turned out to be Dr Pepper. Will never go back. Bad, bad, bad experience.
