Cashew chicken is very good as well as Basil Beef and Pad Thai. Great hot n sour soup as well. For best value go at lunch time for combo for under $12

I used to love this place… not anymore. I used to be a huge fan of this place… i started eating here around 2009-2010 as i work in the office park just off Burloak. Since Nov 2012 the food there has been very poor. Chicken Pad Thai is def nothing special anymore. Its always oily and very little chicken, your basically getting noodles and some diced peanuts. Basil beef used to be good… but since Nov 2012 the mixture of onions, bell peppers, and broccoli is now mostly just onions… the dish itself was worth maybe 1.80$ and they charged me 12$… AND to top it off the beef was tough and overcooked, the rice was also overcooked and hard. Cashew Chicken…. why are you ALWAYS over cooking our food? Sauce is oily and grainy, rice overcooked, chicken tough and overcooked… THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SO MUCH LATELY?? DID YOU CHANGE YOUR CHEF?? CAUSE HE SUCKS!!!!The food USED to be good here??? WHAT HAPPENED??? I have been eating here regularly since around 2009… For the last 3-4 months the food has been CONSISTANTLY BAD!!!! COME ON!!!! I AM EXTREMELY SAD!!!!
Overpriced and nothing special. Ordered chicken pad thai and some spring rolls yesterday. $16 for chicken pad thai? No peanuts, cilantro or bean sprouts on top and no tofu in it. Really the worst pad thai I have had in ages.I once loved Bahn Thai but won’t be back.
Easily the Best Thai in the GTA. My wife and I have been to many thai restaurants all over the world and travelled extensively through Thailand. This is hands down the best thai restaurant in the GTA and it is comparable to or better than many places we have eaten at in Thailand. The dishes are fresh, the [portions are large and the service is polite and friendly. It isn’t cheap as you aren’t going to a greasy spoon or some dodgy all you an eat Chinese restaurant where they deep fry everything and drown it in soy sauce. The food is of a high quality and the prices reflect that. That said it is probably less than going to a chain restaurant and much better quality food. Our only complaint would be that the decor is a little plain but I really don’t care about that because the food is so good.
