Agree with Mark. The service is definitely not up to speed. Foods quite good – after they serve it. Try the ribs and burger.
Below average. The Orillia location of Boston PIzza suffers from being one of the few venues of its type in Orillia – therefore the staff and management of the location do not pay the same level of attention to detail as they do in other Boston Pizza locations (especially ones that are more Urban such as in the GTA). The service is slow especially on busy nights when they are understaffed and overall quality is below par. I wouldn’t recommend dining at the Orillia Boston Pizza unless they revamp their overall service.
