We ordered a yule log for Christmas , came in to pick it up and it was the wrong size, by that time it was too late to replace it but no apology was given. The next time I went and ordered a few cupcakes they were dry not great went to return them and was blatantly told by the owner not to return to the store instead of sorry and I apologize for this it he was very rude and Un apologetic for his stores mishap. I do not recommend going there.
Good Coffee and some of the best Cheesecake we’ve had!. We came for a quick coffee and dessert and were so impressed we had to come back the next day! The cheesecake was some of the best we have ever had for less than we have paid.

Stay away if on a diet!. This has got to be one of the best dessert bakeries I have ever tried. And how lucky to have it in Orillia. An important note on their goodies, that I missed the first time and actually returned a cake. Silly me…depending on the dessert, if they tell you to serve at room temperature – DO IT!. They use real Belgium white/dark chocolate in their icing. I had bought a red velvet cake, took it out of the fridge to serve and found the icing to be shortening consistency and did not like it – neither did my guests. Bought a Nanimo Bar later, first bite same thing, let it sit for awhile and then OMG!! – Where have these been all my life. I spoke to the owner with humility about this and they said They keep trying to tell people this but some don’t listen…hope this helps.
