We ate at shine during there special evening under the stars dinner. They normally don’t open after 6:00 but be on the lookout for these special dinners. The entire menu was organic, locally grown, vegan awesomeness. I am not a vegan but this meal was one of the most amazing vegan meals I’ve had. I hope they will offer these special menus more often. dreamtravelmagazine.com
