The best part of this is the all you can eat. We always go there and go with the all you can eat. However, the people who are working there are so rude and aggressive, every time we go there it’s the same.! But the place is nice and the food is good.
The service was bad for me.I called in to order take out. I wanted to order Unagi Don it’s $9.99 on their website but the lady told me it’s $11.99 I ask why there’s price difference so she turned and started talking in Chinese with her co-worker and then told me that they don’t have Unagi Don. When I wanted to change from take out to delivery instead the lady one the phone started giving my difficulty on why didn’t I tell her from the beginning. Customers change their minds to whatever is more convenient for them. Isn’t this a basic thing you need to know when it comes to doing business?I loved the foods here before but after this I don’t think I want to order from them anymore.
