I ordered takeout from this restaurant online. After waiting over an hour with nothing showing up, I called to see what was going on. They told me that my order never came in and that they would make it right away. The food arrived forty minutes later (ten minutes before they closed) and they sent me the wrong food! I called them back and they offered to resend my order. I told them that I wasn’t going to wait another hour (would have been three hours since ordering) for my food and that I wanted a refund. They told me the driver would be right back with a refund. I then received a call back a few minutes later saying that the employee had spoken with her manager (who she said wasn’t on site) and that he was only willing to issue a 50% refund. I told her that this was unacceptable, but she would not let me speak with her manager directly. She told me that he would call me the next day or the following Monday. I wasn’t holding my breath, which turned out to be a smart decision because that call never came. They also went ahead and put through the full charge on my credit card. Thankfully I paid with my credit card and I was able to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Very delicious food at a reasonable price! Went here with a party of 5. Atmosphere was welcoming and very nice decor. We ordered the family platter and a s ide plate of curried shrimp. The family platter included 2 orders of spring rolls, 2 chicken pad Thai, mango chicken, and red or green curried chicken. We enjoyed all of it! It tasted so fresh and the veggies and meat were delicious! All 5 of us said we would definitely be coming again! Highly recommended to all!
This place used to be great. Tonight I ordered takeout and they didn’t do what I asked, the food was over priced and we found a black hair in one of the dishes. This is the second time this has happened, so they’ve lost a customer.
