My weekend meal destination in East Ottawa, great and tasty freshly cooked food to recall my spicy memories of back home, it’s a small 5 star dining great food but yes its not cheap like a fast food restaurant but depends what you love to eat. my family love this restaurant, great chef allowed me to see how he cooks in his kitchen

I have never complained about a restaurant online before but II honestly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. -The Food was bland and microwaved.-The staff composed of 1 incredibly rude waiter who smirked at our complaints.-Incredibly, water was not served.-The Manager would absolutely not admit to any of the above complaints and went as far as yelling at us. All this could have been solved with an apology from the Manager and better customer treatment by the waiter while we were there.
Worst service timings. As per the menu they have pasted on the outside glass, they server lunch buffet till 2:30 pm. We, group of 8 people, reached there by 1:55 pm. To our shocking surprise, they are closed till 2:30. We tried calling them but no one answered. We waited till 2:45 but they didn’t open up. Extremely frustrated and dissappointed by the service. Caution: think thrice before going…
Great food, probably the best South Asian food I’ve had in this city. Only problem I have with this restaurant is the location and the restaurant itself, which looks very tired and old and is in a seedier part of town, and the other complaint I have is the amount of time it takes for the food to arrive, which borders on near an hour after ordering. There’s no reason for the appetizer to arrive at the same time as the main dish.
Ordered to go the palak paneer, biryani chicken, and lamb shani korma. All were extremely tasty. At the last minute, decided to get some naan. They made it fresh while I waited. Wow. What a treat! Glad i tried this restaurant and will definitely return. A great addition to the neighbourhood!
I have dined here twice, once for the lunch buffet, and once for dinner. Both times the food was excellent, the naan bread to die for, and the service was perfectly acceptable. I will be back again.
