The service here is great.. my daughter dropped her patty on the ground and they replaced it free of charge. I always found the fries a little disappointing, so thats why they lost 0.5, but the service was great.. so good job!
Asked for a simple milkshake, stressed to them I wanted whipped cream on it. Morons, forgot the whipped cream. This was at the drive through. Oh yeah, this incompetence can be had if you go to the BK on Clyde Avenue here in Ottawa, Ontario
