  We used to be regular customers of Carp Pizza, however, every time we would order delivery there would be something wrong with the order. Either the food was bad quality (burnt chicken, stale burger buns, soggy fish) or the food delivered was not what we ordered.After giving Carp Pizza numerous chances, I decided to finally call and let them know I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and quality after receiving the wrong order and poor quality food. The guy who spoke to me basically made me feel as though I was in the wrong for making a complaint. He did offer a discount on the next order (but honestly – as if we were going to order again!) but his demeanor wreaked of smug, poor attitude and he made me feel as though I had no right to call and complain about a service I had paid for.Well, they have now lost a customer who ordered VERY regularly and I will be ensuring they lose the business of all neighbours and friends as well.Time to take some pride in the food you serve and the service you provide! Carp Pizza staff need a lesson or 2 in hospitality. Disappointed to say the least.

  Hope it was a bad night. I’ve ordered from this place a few times since recently moving to the area. I have always found the delivery to be 15 minutes or more longer then they had indicated on the phone but until recently had been worth it. The other day I ordered a chicken wrap platter, shawarma platter, meat sub and a poutine. The shawarma platter had nothing but chicken and 3 pieces of lettuce on it… really, no sauce, no nothing. The chicken wrap had no sauce *indicated comes with ranch* and had to be eaten with a knife and a fork on a plate and the fries tasted like the oil was very old. The poutine and meat sub looked to be the quality I had expected from this place. My roommate called to complain in regards to her shawarma as really there was nothing on it, and was told that they’ll take a few dollars off next time. Then, when she had stated that she really wasn’t satisfied with that was told to call back for the manager. She has 10 + years in the restaurant industry. We will try this place one last time but I hope that it improves… However, I think I’ll stick to the salad – which for the record is usually very good.

  Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. The staff were polite and very quick too! My poutine was huge and full of cheese. I will definitely be back.
