Ordered French Onion soup to start but was told 5 minutes later that they ran out. So I ordered the soup of the day, loaded baked potato soup and was brought spinach sausage without asking me. Apparently they ran out of the potato soup. It is taking an hour to get chicken nachos. The kitchen gets overwhelmed when it is busy and no communication is made with anyone. Not impressed with this place. Got my nachos and the cheese was not melted and had stale chips. I’m guessing it’s an off night??

We used to go pretty regularly, but the menu recently changed and prices went up. Definitely a tad pricy for what it is. Staff is friendly, but service can be slow. Recently had the shrimp melt and it was just ok. It is really the only place to go in the Munster area and the local clientele seem to really like it. Cute, small-town atmosphere and the owner puts in a good effort. Real issues are value for your money and a limited menu.
Fairly Typical Sports Bar, but…. So, the menu is pretty standard fare, but the wings are really good. Big, cooked properly and tasty. My hubby claims the suicide are not as hot as they could be, and the mild wings are bbq sauce, not really buffalo-ey. I think they could benefit from some Frank’s Red Hot. I do find the prices a bit high for the wings, so go on Thursday when they are half-price.The fries are typical frozen. They do have a gluten-free bun and they are good about looking into allergens. I believe they have a gluten-free pasta as well. Wait staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good-ol’-boy, small town where the patrons can arrive on snowmobiles in winter and ATV’s anytime. All in all, a nice small town bar serving Beau’s.
