  Chicken Fingers. Home made chicken fingers are great11 May, 2015Needs Better Consistency. The service was horrible, some of the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant.Only excuse I could come up with is the server must have been having a bad day. Right from the get go she seemed like she didn’t want to be there.Ordered the club wrap and there was an issue as it didn’t come as ordered. Flagged her down and she took the plate away with barely a word, no apology or anything. The second club wrap she brought out, the whole side was burnt black. It was face up on the plate, it shouldn’t have left the kitchen. Most servers wouldn’t have even brought it out but she dropped it off without much of a word. Didn’t bother getting it remade a third time and I just ate the side and sent back the wrap. It was removed from the bill at least. I also ordered a beer shortly after she took our food order, it never materialized. I didn’t bother asking a second time.One thing I’ve noticed is the consistency of this place seems to vary widely. Most of the time its great, service is the typical weak spot, but occasionally the food is way off. It seems the weaker experience comes more often than not when the owner isn’t around.When they’re on point it’s some of the best grub around.

  Good food need to work on service. We went out for Sunday night dinner, had the prime rib special which was good, but were extremely disappointed with the service. My husband and I both work in the restaurant business and know what we should expect when it comes to service. We were completely ignored by our server (long blond hair) and after 20 min of being done are dinner, she finally came back to ask if we wanted dessert, we declined after waiting so long. Not to mention that two tables that came after us, were giving more service( because they were regulars) but the table beside us came in after us, ate there dinner and got there bill and left before we were approached about ours. The only quick thing about the service was that surprisingly we got our bill within seconds.
