I hesitate to write this review: this is the best Pho house in town and I don’t want to share this amazing find lest I’m no longer able to get a table at dinner time. The owner is friendly and deeply proud of his homemade stock that makes the foundation of the many tasty items on the menu. I’ve eaten here over a half dozen times, ordering something new each time and I’ve yet to find something that didn’t completely amaze me.
My wife and I ate there last night because we decided to try a new restaurant which didn’t have Pho in the name 😉 . The outside was modern so we decided to go in, the inside was not as nice and my wife was a little put off but we decided to stay anyway. We ordered some rolls, a won-ton, a submarine and fried noodles. Let me assure you that they have the best broth of all restaurants I’ve been to! Those broths are definitely homemade and they are extremely flavourful. I have never finished a broth before. Ok, enough about the broth… The rest was as good as the soup. Great noodles, good balance in flavour, nothing was too salty or too spicy. I don’t know if they use less MSG but I didn’t have the feeling of fatigue and puffyness I sometimes get after Asian food (TMI) Anyway, that place is not officially my wife and I favourite in O-Town!
