Guys Guys Guys!!!, this is the one of the worst Indian restaurant in Ottawa. Looks like owner is waiter/server. His relative is on cash counter. we went with family and ordered bunch of stuff, total garbage. Service was poor and server was very rude to us. We love Indian food and have been to all restaurants like East India Co, Little India, Haveli and Aahaar etc. This place is not even 10% close to those. Please don’t waste your money, emotions over the food and beautiful evening with your loved ones. You very well deserve better quality and service.My serious rating -10 / 10.
when i was browsing around for new restaurants and found this one. i wanted to taste their food and bought tandoori chicken, it was not bad. Tasty and full of aromatic spices. later on, i ordered paneer kadhi , which was a shit. I don’t know how they make it, but it was nasty
Take out food but come on… When I ordered I could hear the microwave firing up. I really was hoping for more with the reviews it has gotten. The food left me with 🙁
Ever since they changed their location everything seems to have gone downhill, quality of food, friendly customer service, and consistency. I really liked their little hole in the wall take out spot, food was always delicious, and the owners were so happy! I decided to give them another try after having a disappointing experience last summer. I drive 20 minutes from the west end to order the food in the restaurant to take home. ($80 in, including tip.) Once opened at home and eating, tandoori chicken tasted off, it was undercooked, looked like it was sauted in a pan with onions, and raw next to the bone, naan was burnt, rice was undercooked, and everything else was luke warm. I called back to complain and she told me to bring it back so she could have a look at it, said she was on the other line, and hung up on me! Will not be back there ever again, so disappointing.P.S. the bathroom in the basement was FREEZING!!!
AMAZING FOOD. AMAZING SERVICE. It was delicious I haven’t ever eaten anything so delicious in my life. So much flavor, such nice people! I’ve even been to India and this is an amazing restaurant.
Dervicecis bad as the food… please avoid if possible. What we ordered food and we got was totally different and when we complained…we were replied very rudely with racial comments …we refused to eat the food which was also stale but owner refused to take it back..he shouted at us in frustration and we decided to leave .,the worst restaurant experience ever ,please don’t go for your own safety
