Sushi. Even though this is a Korean restaurant, they have a pretty decent selection of sushi. Hesitant to try years ago, I’ve grown to hate sushi in Ottawa. I tend to get my sushi fill whenever I head about to Toronto. However, it’s safe to say I’m please with the sushi I’ve gotten here. A big thing for me in sushi is the rice. Cold rice for sushi is disgusting and you don’t be getting that here. It is always fresh, and they do not drown their food with a ridiculous amount of sauce.
Bland, would not go again. Food was so so. No side dishes.
Once and a while you find a restaurant you can’t get enough of, this is one of those!! I keep ordering the same thing hit bibimbap with brown rice and love it, my kids/hubby love it too
Amazing sushi!fair prices!. Must try this cute little place !I came here a lot recently and always tried something different and never got disappointed! good service!
The best sushi and best service in the business plus delivery?!!?!! It’s worth every penny and if you are lucky you get to laugh with the owners as they a hilarious.
Super Tasty!!. I live in little Italy and come here about once a month. Delicious bulgogi beef. Great sushi. Fair prices. The service seems fun, I went once on a Friday night and the lady who seems to run the joint was having a good time. Their appetizers are good as well. I haven’t dined in, just purely take-out. But they package everything nicely and it goes into a fancy bag. I recommend to anyone who likes sushi or Korean food.
Both Kochu restaurants are my top choices for downtown eating because they offer among the best fresh and healthy sushi and Korean food in the area. Also they feature brown rice and gluten free options and their new place on Preston is licensed!
