My family and I have been going to and ordering from Lorenzo’s for a very long time. While Elie was the owner, everything was great. Now it is a different owner, some young guys, who have absolutely no respect for their customers. My grandmother ordered the special, which is on their flyers, one pizza, wings, and 3 soft drinks. My aunt picks it up and they did not give the drinks. My grandmother calls them to tell them they forgot the drinks and the owner says that it is not included when you pick up! Which makes no sense at all. Then my grandmother asked for them to deliver the drinks (she lives a minute’s walk away) and they said no. Then they changed their story saying that they, in fact, did tell my aunt to grab the drinks but she did not hear them, apparently also calling my aunt a liar. Then they hung up on my grandmother, not even trying to resolve the issue (great customer service, sure). So, I went with my grandma to pick up the drinks which she already had paid for as they were on her bill. They made sure to tell her to only grab 3 because, you know, my grandma is a thief. She said don’t worry I only got three do you want to count them? And then the waitress was trying to cheer up my grandmother (since she has known her for years and years, as well as the drivers) but my grandma said she was in a bad mood now so did not feel like chatting. The owner insisted on saying that he is now in a bad mood (blaming my grandma for his bad business) and that he doesn’t want us as customers anymore! I could not believe how he was speaking to, not only my grandma but people in general. With all that, the pizza isn’t that great, you are better off to go to Louis’ Pizza on Mc Arthur, where they treat you like family and the food is always good!
