Service bad, food not bad. The person serving: fine. The person taking my payment: sucksThe guy serving had to call him several times before came. When he came he was watching music videos on his phone and instead of ringing my order up he was busy dazed to the beat of his music. It took him 4 tries before he billed us properly.
Best beef shawarma I’ve ever had! The gentleman making it was friendly and topped it well. My only complaint was when I was paying the guy taking my money didn’t acknowledge me. He was yelling over me in arabic to another worker through out the whole transaction which made it take longer than usual. It was uncomfortable and extremely rude.Added review:I returned here only to have the rude guy make my food and when I asked a question about the sauce, he couldn’t be bothered to answer it , said something in arabic to the other guy and literally walked away. I will never give this place another cent of my money! Travel from Barrhaven to put up with that bullshit. I think not!
Solid shawarma place. Their food is great. Prices have gone up a bit, 15$ something the other day for a plate. That being said it’s a solid two meals. Their portions are generous.
Best shawarma in the city! I come here often with my boyfriend and the staff are so friendly. Love the chicken shawarma with a side potato.
Still say this is the best shawarma in the west end of town. Clean, well run place staffed with friendly people. Family platter is a great deal, too.
I don’t like meat to be tough but this stuff feels pre-chewed and wet. Not impressed.
