This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Ottawa. Thai food is my favourite type of cuisine so I take it very seriously. The food here is consistently good, even when they are really busy. I have had the Pad Thai with chicken and with tofu, the Pad Bai Gra Prow with beef, the Pa Nang with chicken and the Gaeng Keow Warn with chicken and with tofu. They were all excellent. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and accommodating to specific requests. This will always be my first recommendation to anyone looking for good Thai food. I can’t say enough good things about it.
I ordered seafood salad, payed $20 for delivery and tip It was disgusting mostly onions and celery few shrimp and tasteless fake seafood whatever you do not order seafood salad from this restaurant.
Had dinner last month. We had Lapp (very flavourful), Red Curry (had lots of Thai herbs), Pad Thai and chicken with lemon grass. Service was excellent. Food quality was great and exceptional value. Will be going back.
I only go to this place for the luncheon buffet. Being a buffet, the food is more fragrant and flavorful rather than spicy. (And I do like spicy!). However, we always find it tasty and come back whenever we are in the area. Whenever I go, the restaurant has many of the smaller tables occupied. Since the other restaurants in the area are easier to get to and Thai Coconut is tucked away, my guess is that the patrons like myself make an effort to come here.
Pad thai is amazing!!!! I’ve turned my boyfriend on to this place as well as my coworkers lol, it is in the rotation for delivery constantly. I can’t say much about the other dishes but people at work seem to like the curries.
Great place!. This is by far one of the best Thai restaurants in Ottawa. I always come back to this place, especially after a disappointing meal at other Thai restaurants. Their spicy is very spicy! The service is pretty good as well.
Top food critic for eastern ontario. The thai coconut,friendly staff, i went for the lunch buffet, and was pleasantly suprised.the selection was not as wide as it could have been but the different dishes and abundance of flavour was fantastic. the price was very resonable and i would give the thai coconut a 9 out of 10 .
