Wow! Management needs to take a good look at their staff. I have frequented this pub for years. It used to be that the atmosphere and food were great. The perfect local pub. Sadly over the last year or so this has changed. Several of the waitresses are just plain horrible. It could be anything from ignoring you, treating you like you are inconveniencing them or simply being directly and personally rude. I have spoken to others about my experience and they have also seen this behavior. I know management has been informed but perhaps the success of the Ashton beer has overshadowed the running of the pub. I would be embarrassed if my staff treated my patrons this way. It’s shameful and why do they think that this is acceptable. The beer is good but enjoy it elsewhere or go and get a bottle to go.
