We used to adore this place, however in the past few months it has gone DOWNHILL!! The past 3 times we’ve ordered, delivery has taken 1.5hrs!!!!! (We live close as well). The salad ends up being warm and the wrap cold. Just terrible service and cold soggy food! Tonight is the last time I will ever order from there! Just fed up!!!
Disappointing. I ordered the steak sub and it came jam packed with shredded lettuce and some creamy sauce – neither are specified on the menu, it just says steak, cheese, mushrooms, and onions. Completely ruined the sandwich, it was literally horrible. Also got a small poutine, fries were soggy and undercooked and the cheese was definitely just shredded mozzarella, not cheese curds like it should be on poutine. Definitely will not be ordering from Yorgo’s again. The only upside was that it was delivered fairly quickly.
I would avoid asking for delivery from this place. Delivery men occasionally dont follow requests(dont ring the doorbell, call on arrival) and theres always the chance that the guy on the phone will mishear your request for a debit machine and send a guy wearing joggers and talking on his phone to deliver your food before having to run back and pick up the debit machine…with your food. $1.50 delivery fee, 1.00 debit machine surcharge. 5 star food tho. Just get off your ass to get it
