My Dad started this business 1979. It was a way to supplement our 1970's resort business. I was on the truck that very first day in front of the Parry Sound Post Office. We did not sell very many fries that first day or year ... 35 years later Mr.Chips has become a symbol of summer in Parry Sound. I love the stories of our customers, such as "my parents use to bring me to Mr. Chips now I am bringing my kids" ... "We don't even make it to the dock before we have to stop at Mr. Chips". "I know it is spring when Mr. Chips is open" ... Now in a 3rd generation of "Chippers" I want to thank all those who appreciate a great box of fries as much as I do ... There may be a bit of a line up but it's worth it!
