  I came here on Saturday night with an group of friends. We made reservations and were seated in the dining room because of the promise of having the hockey game on the big projection screen. To our dismay the drink specials were only available in the bar area so many of the guys we were with ended up buying their drinks in the bar and bringing them to our table. We felt incredibly bad for our waiter as he was wonderful and very attentive but was unable to offer the specials in the dining room. The food was ok. We ordered the banera bread which was delicious and my partner and I each ordered a baked pasta, I got the chipotle bacon penne which definitely lacked of sauce and flavour. My partner ordered the lasagna but wasnt overly impressed either. We wont be in a rush to return.

  Every single time I have ordered from here or dined in I have had nothing but problems! I live Boston pizza and it is so upsetting to see such a great restaurant doing so poorly. The food is always gross I attached a photo of a salad I had that was all brown lettuce! And what’s worse the manager makes excuses for everything and does not handle situations when there is a problem. DO NOT eat at this location.

  First off, let me just state that I LOVE bp. I’m a regular in Cobourg, but it wasn’t until I attended school in Peterborough and began ordering out from this Bp that I started to hate it. So to start it was a delivery order, which had atleast two things wrong, and when the order was delievered (it was 30 minutes late) cold. To make things worse the delivery guy forgot our drinks ontop of the other forgotten food items, and his debit machine wasnt working. The delivery man than left his entire pizza bag with us, and left to go get another machine. Fast forward 40 mins later he returns and he still hasnt brought our food items. Argh frustrating to say the least. So two days later I call Bp to complain, but I get nothing but attitude from their asshole manger; I called it quits, and decided to call back later. So eventually when I did call back I spoke to a different manger who informed me that they wanted to keep us as customers, that lead to me giving my address for gift cards which never came- this is 1 year later. I hate this place! Do not eat here or order from here!

  Service was terrible. We were in before the dinner rush so it wasn’t busy. Forgot we were there.

  Restaurant Critic. Hello……Landsdowne street location…pasta was dry not enough sauce at all………..small portions, but the largest salad………hmmmmm …….which costs the restaraunt more the entree or the salad…The moral of this story and location is …………..you don’t get what you pay for ………..and the servers shame on them, they never return to check or serve hot coffee for refills etc etc ……..I hope it was just her! 2.50 for one coffee and no refills……WOW! SHAME SHAME!MY pic is spaghetti house new changes big food great price!!!!!!! great server…………..too……..
