Pretty good food for the price. Nothing special. Might go back but only after trying lots of other places in the area. They have a large selection of wine and beer, neither of which I’m a fan of, so take that into consideration if that’s what you’re into
Night out. I’d been here before and had pretty decent experiences so I decided to take my grandma out who had never been. We were greeted by a super friendly guy who let us pick our spot and he brought us waters. The waitress was really nice and prompt as well. They had a wine special that was $6 for a 5 oz glass which is reasonable and it was quite tasty chardonnay. I ordered the proscuitto and brie stuffed chicken with vegetables and wild rice. My grandma ordered the salmon with vegetables and baked potato. Both of the meals were the best I’ve had in such a long time, everything was so full of flavour we couldn’t believe it! And the presentation was spectacular. Afterwards I ordered the peanut butter and chocolate cake and she had the cheesecake and once again we were incredibly impressed. We will definitely be back soon.
Brio Gusto Tapas Tasting. Very disappointed in our visit last evening.Other guests were snobs and very unfriendly, it was most uncomfortable.I have never in my life sat across from 4 people who did not even attempt eye contact, never mind speak. If we had known it was a selected crowd we would never havecome.Richard was the only enjoyable part of the evening, would not come again or recommend it to my friends, in fact I will tell them what a horrible experience it was.
This place is very nice. the wine we had was very tasty and our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about their wine selection. we had the mussels to start which were very nice, and our dinner was incredible too. it smelled amazing as soon as we walked in the door. the service was absolutely outstanding, there was even a man who seemed to be a busser who made us feel very welcome as well as our server. would definitely come back with a group of friends for a nice dinner and some wine.
Always good, nice to sit on the sidewalk edge when the open the doors in summer, cozy to sit inside too. Never had a problem with service or food.
Service?. I took my twin girls on December 23rd for lunch for their birthday. Reservations were for 1:15. Two other tables with patrons when we arrived. Waited until 2:30 to be served our food – no apologies made. Server stood talking at the bar to another server. Had to go twice to inquire about the dessert I had preordered for my girls. Very disappointed!
Spanish Rice. I thought the service was very good, and the food cooked nicely as well. I had the ‘spanish rice’ with my meal however and was confused to find that it tasted alot like indian curry.. which I didn’t mind as I love Indian food, and eat it often. Perhaps the chef is a bit culturally confused.
