A wonderful Thai experience in Peterborough! We were greeted at the door with smiling faces and seated immediately. We had called ahead to make sure there was room as it was a Friday night, I’d recommend making reservations, we got lucky. We started with spring rolls, much different then the usual Chinese take out ones that I have had in the past. These spring rolls were filled with cabbage and mushrooms, they were delightful! For my main I had the authentic pad Thai with shrimp apposed to the regular pad Thai. The authentic pad Thai comes wrapped in egg, very neat presentation. It was very yummy, with lots of large shrimp. It was a large portion although I’d be lying if I said I didn’t finish it and want to lick my plate (I resisted). To make the experience that much better the chef came out to ask about the food and to make sure it was to our liking. It is clear that everything here is made from scratch and the chef takes pride in her creations. I will continue to return and fill my tummy because there is no way you could leave here hungry.
