My husband & I love this place. We usually have the lunch special – half portion of baked lasagna with caesar salad. Both are very tasty and the salad has all fresh ingredients. The price is reasonable, the restaurant itself is well-decorated with a cozy ambience, and the staff is always professional and friendly.
Some of the worst pizza I have tried. Over the years I have been told to try out this place. Ordered a medium jim’s special for pickup. Hardly any tomato sauce with an extremely salty flavour. Toppings were good though. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it. A bit too pricy for the quality served.
Mediocre Food at Best.. I’ve had a few pizzas from here, and while I liked them at first, I soon grew tired of the heavy cheese, boring crust and generally doughy feel. So then I tried the wings which were great but then they changed to a different kind of wings, a kind that weren’t crispy any more and with meat that was soft and mushy. They’re pretty expensive, so I tried to return them. I was told by the owner/manager, too bad, that’s just the way they are now. Clearly the customer’s opinion doesn’t count here for much at Jim’s. I won’t be going back.
Good garlic bread, awful pizza, service. We ordered a pizza from Jim’s, it arrived with the dough uncooked. Dark on the bottom and completely uncooked otherwise. Called to complain and the response was ‘you put too much on top.’. Thing is, we simply ordered their special with olives. I mentioned that we expected pizza dough to be cooked and the response to that was ‘next time, tell us and we’ll make sure it is.’Awful service and a pizza that’s going to the dogs . Garlic bread was good though!

Fed Up !. Jim’s used to be the place to go for Pizza ! Not anymore…Bland, patches of toppings…watery…If you order Pasta for take-out, your receive, cheap, disgusting so called bread rolls. Chicken fingers, very expensive for what you get. Could go on, but won’t. When you complain, they seem to be oblivious. Every now and then, we try to give them another chance, and end up just shaking our heads.
Best Traditional Pizza!. Easily the most consistent take out joint for the pepperoni standard. Other dishes are good but the pizza is the prime seller.
