Talk about the most disappointing brunch I’ve been to in a very long time, as well as worst customer service I’ve ever had. From the time we walked in the door we were treated like a burden asking for the most basic necessities that were supposed to come with the meal not to mention we were not even told about complete menu options. The food was either overcooked or undercooked there was no happy medium and some food have been sitting there what seems like hours was so dried out and inedible yet still being served. The head chef actually sat and complained about how ignorant my party was to another customer while we were paying as loudly as possible as if to make it known that how bad of customers we were. When calling in to mention our displeasure with service we come to find out that that was also the owner talking trash about my party, they seemed more interested in getting their poker game setup than any kind of service or customer service. If you’re looking for Fine Food and fine customer service this should be your last stop because they seriously lack in both.
When I placed our order over the phone to be picked up it seemed to me that the person taking my order had better things to do as he was not very polite! I went in to pick up the food and was greeted but when it came to paying another unfriendly staff took my money and that’s exactly what happened. Terrible food for the price we paid. Very blah at best pizza and Salad. The salad taste like it was made hours before hand. With so many options to eat in town they just made our decision for our next meal real easy.
