My friend and I went for lunch and I ordered the soup. It was like a thick stew and there was a bone in it.It is a good thing I checked before eating it as I would have broke a tooth. Mentioned it to the waitress and it was not really acknowledged. My friend ordered some sort of a sandwich which had olives and feta on it and it smelled sour and she would not eat it. When she got the bill it was priced for a different sandwich which costs more.Bad experience and not likely to go back ever!
The portions are huge!! The food is delicious! Had the Green Eggs and Ham and the pimento cheese is to DIE for. It’s too bad we are only in town a few days otherwise I would eat here again and again. The coffee is nice and strong but not bitter and the servers are friendly. I wish we had this in Winnipeg.
Mmmm!!!. I went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday, with a friend. The food was amazing, and so unique! Very nice presentation. I have the Moroccan soba noodle salad, and it was absolutely delicious! I want the recipe and I will be back to dine at this restaurant again in the near future!!
Need better service!. I when Two dishes restaurant because of all the excellent reviews of the food .I thought it would be the perfect place to bring my family for brunch. This little restaurant really should take reservations! One member in my group has a disability and could not stand. I told the staff member. He didn’t seem to want to accommodate our need. Just the fact I could not hold the table for when it was ready and it’s fair to everyone else, then walked away from me.there was no where to stand or sit to wait for your table. They should be more accommodating for people with handicapped. He was rude and someone who should not be in the service industry. So if you have disabled this is not the restaurant for you.

Amazing food and environment.. Play in a band that was coming through Peterborough on tour and stumbled upon Two Dishes. Can’t say anything bad about the place, service was great, food was great, and they even managed to cater a dish to our drummer’s dietary needs.Wish it was in Toronto so I could go back regularly.
Fantastic taste sensation!. I loved the simple ambiance and the clean lines of the decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. But best of all was the food! The chickpea fritters and kale salad was amazing, so many flavours, all fitting together perfectly.My lunch mates were also thrilled with the burger and chicken sandwich.Hats off to Two Dishes!
