Bad Service. Placed an order last weekend for pickup, took around half hour for food to be ready, got home and it wasn’t all in the bag. Called back to complain and they simply asked if I would like to come back and get the rest of the food. Ended up eating my meal with the proper sides half hour part, soggy wings and barely an apology. I emailed the provided email address for such complaints and never received a response, even while I CC’d the head office account. These people couldn’t care less about your ding experience at their restaurant and do their best to ignore you when they do something wrong. Love the wings, will never return due to poor treatment.
The worst meal. Went there Thursday feb 20th …i ordered a chicken wrap with greek saladthe greek salad was soggy lettuce…hardly any feta cheese all onions…no flavourthe chicken wrap NO chicken..all lettuce. I sent it back…got another one…about 3 pieces of chicken….heaps and heaps of lettuce and red onion. no sauce2 other people i was with had wings..they were ok..bill came to $90!! i admit not the place to go for a wrap!! but Rileys has the BEST wraps for a cheaper price. i wilL NEVER go here again.
Buck wild for wild wing. So many different flavours. So many choices. I love it! Daisy dukes with some hot sauce is my favourite. The White House can have some sketchy people but its got its own entrance.
WOW THAT’S A WILD WING!!!!
Nothing special here.. The do offer many different sauces to temp you, but it turns out to be a tease one you find out the rules. Only one sauce per order, no splitting ect ect. Tried to order 20 wings to be split 5 and 15, but no I was told, it has to be 10 and 10. If you want to try all the sauces, expect to go back many times, which you won’t want to doThe rumor with the sauces is that they only have a few, like 5 bases, and the difference between sauces is just what they sprinkle on top. Also changed from the origins of this chain are the really hot sauces. No suicide wings at your local pub are not suicide. There is a level of heat the average person cannot handle, and only a few dare. For a place that is all about wings, a sauce of that strength is a must, but missing. The wings themselves are average. Not too big, not to small. Prices are steep for wings, and as far as I know there are no specials. For a better deal and better wings, go across the street to McThursty’s on 2-1 Wing Wednesday.Other thought, how ofter do you want to eat just wings? They are great a pub, with a beer watching the game, but for a complete meal with the family, I don’t know..The biggest downside, someone you know may see you enter or exit the White House Hotel..
Not all that impressed….. I went here and I was not impressed with the service or the food. I thought the fries were awful and the rest of the food was so, so. Nothing spectacular at all. Also, I saw how they prepare the food and maybe that just grossed me out watching them pour all these different sauces on all these different orders. I don’t know, I guess I just expected more given what I had heard about the place and was dissapointed.
Pretty good wings for a decent price.
