The food is great. But the service is some of the worst. I love to come here but I never expect to have a positive interaction with the servers. You must be very assertive to get what you want (such as more water, the bill, a seat) but once the food comes, to me, it is worth it.
Terrible customer service, Called to ask about individual sashimi on lunch menu, was lied to by someone who called herself the manager. pure bait and switch tactic when we showed up we were told you can only order pre set combinations. manager told us to pay more or get out. so we left. will never return again…… 0/10 for customer service…
We’ve been to a lot of AYCE sushi places and this one is one of the best. The menu has such a variety of sushi, thai and Japanese dishes. They also have a variety of both deep friend and non-deep fried rolls. Our favourites include Boston Roll, Crispy California, spicy salmon, Spider Roll, cheese wontons, general tao chicken, sesame chicken.It is a little pricy if you don’t consume enough sushi ($30 w/tip), so come hungry. Note they don’t offer a large variety of sashimi at lunch.
Sushi lovers be-warned! Thai food was okay but the sushi was NOT GOOD! The fish (regardless of what type – salmon or tuna) was slimey! Definitely will not be going back!
Best AYCE sushi place in Durham. Every once in a while we try to change things up and go somewhere else other than Dragon Rolls and are just disappointed. Dragon Rolls is just too damn tastey! Presentation is always nice, taste is always on point (never fishy fishy tasting), tons of options on the dinner menu I still haven’t tried a few. The restaurant itself boasts a wonderful atmosphere with lots of booths so there is quite a lot of privacy. Favourite date night dinner spot 🙂
Good AYCE. Nicely presented rolls. Dragon Rolls is my preference for sushi in Ajax/Pickering. Service is quick. Servers don’t talk much, just smile and nod.
Nice place to go. Me and my friends were first time eat here, the service was good. The waitress came to our table, explained how does ipad work nicely,introduced all the pops which is included in the all you can eat price. The server was very nice and patient. The food was fresh and delicious. We will be back again.
